Our Bhosari engineering facility houses specialized machinery for turning, boring, gas nitriding, and final concentricity inspection. We maintain full in-house control over critical components—especially screws, barrels, and cross heads—ensuring verified quality before line integration.

Quality at ITG Machines is not a final inspection checkbox; it is built into raw material selection, heat treatment certifications, and progressive dimensional checks. All extrusion screws undergo ultrasonic flaw detection and run-out straightness audits. Cross heads undergo hydrostatic pressure testing and flow-simulation verification.
